In this particular workshop we will focus on how to set boundaries yourself, how to listen to other people’s boundaries, and how to recognise the difference between boundaries and demands.

Working with horses teaches participants about presence, trust, and responsibility, preparing them for leadership roles in school, sports, or future careers.
