A thought leader, horse welfare advocate, and coach, Susan has spent the last 15 years working closely with hundreds of high-performance athletes, horse behaviour experts, equestrians, and leaders worldwide. She began her journey as an equine scientist before discovering her passion for coaching people. Initially, she focused on helping riders enhance their performance through the science of horsemanship, always prioritising the mental and physical welfare of their horses. Later, she expanded her expertise by creating an equine-assisted learning platform dedicated to ethical leadership development and leadership well-being.
