Tailored Coaching Plan
Based on our discussion, we’ll design a personalised coaching plan. We’ll decide if you just need coaching without your horse, or if combined sessions with your horse will better suit your needs. Whether you're aiming to manage stress, build confidence, or rediscover your riding purpose, each session will be designed to support your journey.

Confidence Coaching Without Your Horse
We’ll start with Confidence building sessions solely focusing on you. These sessions allow us to dive deep into your mindset and address the core areas that will help you become the confident rider you know you can be.

Implementation Sessions With Your Horse
As you progress, you may find it beneficial to include your horse in your coaching sessions. These sessions focus not only on technical riding skills but on building confidence with your horse. Note: If we find that both your confidence and your horse's confidence could be improved, I may suggest combining the Confident Rider Method with our Horse Behaviour Solutions program for a more holistic approach.
